What to do if things don't go as planned
Delayed Shipment
If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery date, contact us immediately. We'll investigate and may offer expedited shipping on your next order as an apology.
Lost Package
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, check with neighbors or building management. If it's truly lost, we'll send a replacement at no charge.
Damaged in Transit
If your package arrives damaged, take photos and contact us within 48 hours. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
Wrong Address
Entered the wrong address? Contact us immediately. If the order hasn't shipped yet (within 2 hours of ordering), we can update it. After shipment, we'll work with the carrier to redirect.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can also track your order on our Track Order page.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes, we ship to PO Boxes within the USA, Canada, and UK. Delivery times may vary slightly for PO Box addresses.
Can I change my shipping address?
Contact us within 2 hours of ordering to change your address. Once shipped, we'll work with the carrier, but changes aren't guaranteed.
What if I'm not home for delivery?
The carrier will leave a delivery notice with instructions. Usually, they'll attempt redelivery or hold the package at a local facility for pickup.
Do you offer Saturday/Sunday delivery?
Weekend delivery depends on your location and carrier. Select express shipping for the best chance of weekend delivery.
Are there any hidden fees?
No hidden fees! The price you see at checkout is the total. International orders may have customs duties (buyer's responsibility).
